Fate's Casnio

One of the tallest buildings in the Downtown area of Nexus, Fate's Casino radiates among the other towers, it's windows always shining brightly with light and life. Inside are luxurious sets of decor, all types of gambling games, and plenty of ways to make a night memorable - or not so much so, depending on how much of their extravagant and smooth liquor is ingested. The top floor, however, is the only floor that seemingly remains locked at all times, and what inhabits it remains to be a mystery. Some people have said they can sometimes spot figures passing back and forth in window, but from such a long distance from the top story to the ground, who's to say what really goes on up there?
