Well, all of the garbage from a thriving city has to go somewhere, right? Mounds upon mounds of garbage reach to the stars, creating a rancid smell that could keep the filthiest of rats at bay. Unfortunately, such luck doesn't exist, and the nasty critters that make this place their home aren't exactly pet material. It would be wise to stay away, if you know what's good for you.
