General Rules
▶ Respect: This is the most important rule on Kindra. Show respect to the Staff, Members, Guests, and anyone else. Harassment or rude behavior will not be tolerated and it is a quick way to getting banned.
▶ OOC accounts are for staff members only. For everyone else, we are a one account per character site. Proboards uses a display name system, so make the username either a nickname or the first name of your character and then make the display name the character's name, First and Last (if available) in proper caps. Proboards allows all of your accounts to be linked, so make sure you're posting on the proper account.
▶ Your alias mustn't be too long and one that you can register within the cbox. If you speak in the cbox, you must use this alias there. If you need to change your alias for any reason, feel free to contact a Staff member and we will fix all information related to your alias.
▶ The cbox is for casual conversation. It is not for political discussion, pestering other people to reply to you, or trying to get the Staff's attention with your application or otherwise. We assure you, Staff are on top of it and are likely aware if we owe you something already. If conversations start to go in an uncomfortable direction, we, the Staff, reserve the right to ask you to stop.
▶ As this is a panfandom site, it's inevitable for conversations within the cbox to revolve around fandoms. Just try to keep it cool in there; if someone is feeling left out in the conversation, do what you can to accommodate for that. Make Kindra welcoming to everyone, rather than isolating for those not into some big fandom we're talking about in there.
▶ If you wish to discuss something that contains sensitive material, do so within the Community forum and make sure to put a warning so those who don't want to discuss it there can steer clear. DO NOT do it in the cbox! It's unavoidable for someone to see it there and thus will just lead to the site feeling unwelcoming and uncomfortable. This includes deep analysis that may relate to sensitive historical events.
▶ Because of Proboards' TOS, refrain from talking about anything illegal outside of IC, including ROMs and emulators. Just don't risk it, please.
▶ If you need any help with filling out profile information or avatars please post in the Help Desk Area. You may also ask ONCE in the cbox, but please be aware things move fast and it could get lost.

While we are not against this content, we would prefer for it not to be in a place where it can be encountered without prior warning. If we spot it, we will send you a PM asking for you to change it; lack of compliance will result in a warning and the avatar being removed.
