In Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, abilities are filled with ability trees. To go into specifics about abilities for customizing this specific character would take too much time, so instead much of her abilities will be summed up to their basics, and interpreted loosely within threads themselves.
[break][break]
The skillsets include: lockpicking, sneaking, one-armed combat, two-armed combat, and all sorts of magic divisions. Arimaiai is mostly gifted at sneaking and lockpicking as well as magic using, though she has developed one-armed combat as well. She's not a thief by nature, and thus she does not have any skills developed related to thievery; instead, she's the kind of fighter who deals a lot of strong magic at once, constantly heals herself, or just slashes through with a blade or her claw in hand. As with most Khajiits, she's also pretty nimble on her feet.
[break][break]
The most important ability that Arimaiai has is her Dragonborn-esque ones. Whenever she kills a dragon, she absorbs its soul, which destroys it indefinitely. In addition, using a dragon's soul she absorbed allows her to be able to adopt the dragon language, Thu'um, which is the pure power of the dragon. With this, she can Shout, which do a large array of things, include spit fire and ice, push opponents back with a word, and bring her to become ethereal. She's still developing this skill over time. In order to do so, she must be able to read it on a wall, which allows her to learn the word, and then use a dragon's soul in order to gain its power over that word.
[break][break]
Arimaiai also knows some crafting, but since she hates sitting still she's not as good at it as fighting. She's also got speech capability, which has her being able to persuade people to do what she wants.

SHE/HER
26 YEARS
ELDER SCROLLS (DRAGONBORN)
BISEXUAL
WHITEGROVE
THE KHAJIIT
Active slave trade runs in the Khajiit blood. Traced back to their ancestors,
it's easy to see them being bent over before those with less bestial traits - thought of as lacking in intelligence, unable to provide for themselves, other races believed themselves to be deigning their intelligence upon them. While freedom has graced them, still remains the traces of that hostility, minor transgressions being enacted even in lands in which they're free and reputations following them wherever they go.
[break][break]
This much is true of Arimaiai. She's never had her hands bound to a master, but she's known the aftershocks; and it doesn't change, no matter what land she crosses into. Referred to first by her species, rather than her name, no one bothering to get to know it, being compared to a cat of all things, and watching as her brethren resort to the stereotypes because there's nothing else for them. Sneakiness, cunning, stealing, it's all there, and those of her community in Morrowind see no reason to break that tradition. They skulk in the shadows, and she's even had friends and bedfellows who will willingly do the same within their time.
[break][break]
Her parents themselves became victims of this mentality. Victims of slavery, victims of racism, and they see no need to break out of it. They've even raised her on these ideals. Protect herself by complying to Khajiit nature. No need to revere the gods above; they've long forsaken all of us.
[break][break]
But even when very little, Arimaiai always refused to be a victim. She stood out from all of them, from the fellow cubs she played with to the adults she went to the occasional bar to soak in mead. She never backed down from a bar fight, but she also never stooped to her species' namesake. The life of thievery always caused her lips to curl up, to see what should be a race of pride being reduced instead to trickery to get what they wanted. A kind of scolding of genuineness pervasive among them, and Arimaiai wanted no part in it. As she grew, as her ears thickened, as she participated in the typical reverie that Khajiits do, she found her eyes turning away from her origin, from her parents, from her associates.
[break][break]
It's not that she never liked being a Khajiit, or she wanted to be some species else. To be a Khajiit meant to be close to the earth itself, to tap into the beast inside while at the same time communing within civilization. To bridge the gap between nature and industrialization, and to rise above negative influence from both. She was not, and is not, a naturalist,
and she's not the type to be that patriotic, either. Rather, she wishes to be taken by her own merit as an individual,
to neither reject nor embrace her species. It is what she is: she's a Khajiit, but she is a Khajiit capable of forging her own path, rather than conforming to one or the other set out by others.
[break][break]
Which was why when she reached the age of maturity, she set out on her own. Embarking, the Khajiit wanted to try new things to discover what kind of person she wanted to be. It started with small errands she'd carried out with sword in hand,
and then later she dabbled within magic. She figured out, through all of these, what she wanted to do and become: a jack-of-all-trades. She didn't mean to become a leader or someone heralded for her sheer strength in one division. Rather, Arimaiai wanted to become a balance, so she'd be able to set out and accomplish whatever task she set her mind to. She didn't need to be a stand-out; she simply needed to be successful, and not bludgeoned with a legacy of her species that she never witnessed herself.
[break][break]
She wanted to do good things, but she wanted to do them because her heart steered her there, rather than any high power telling her to.
[break][break]
There's very much Khajiit blood still deep within her. She has the night vision, she does get a thrill out of sneaking,
and she bears their intelligence as well as their favoritism toward old fashioned claws and magic as opposed to weaponry.
But she's also opened her mind to new experiences rather than allowing herself to be constricted to rigidity based upon her species. She's Khajiit, but she's also Arimaiai.

THE ODDJOBBER
What's especially handy of being a jack-of-all-trades is it leads to good business opportunities, which is why Arimaiai advertises herself as an odd jobber above all else. With a snappy tongue guiding her that has just that right edge of sarcasm to tell she's got some wit about her but not too much to make her generally off-putting, she's allowed herself snap decisions in situations that would ultimately benefit her and those around her. She'd become known as that, the merchant Khajiit with the wit, who had upon her plenty for sale. She'd gotten an array of comments about being surprised by her intelligence and resourcefulness, and certainly she's not a perfect goddess who can react to it with sunshine and rainbows every time, but she'd become deft at being able to skirt around it, and in hindsight, it's a compliment. A back-handed compliment, but it's still one nevertheless.
[break][break]
Perhaps one could call Arimaiai a bit too ambitious. Many times in her beginnings of this pursuit of her life, she found herself falling and trying to get back up again because she set the bar far too high. It's a stubbornness that pushed her onward, that led her to trying over and over again, though it's hard not to get discouraged. Hard not to allow herself to doubt, every once in a while, that this was the right path for her to take. Still, she persevered. As the road got tougher,
she did to accommodate for it. Bladed steel became fresh along her paws, and her teeth lined like daggers within her jaw.
She edged out more and more and stood up for herself more and more. Teenage years became especially hasty, what with Arimaiai quick to jump straight into a fight without thinking too much into the consequences. For all her "wit", impulsiveness always kept Arimaiai back from reaching her true potential. Even now, there's a part of her that acts first,
thinks later.
[break][break]
There's also a part of her that is far too curious for her own good. Her fire spell exploding in her face that one time is a testament to that.
[break][break]
But when Arimaiai sets out to achieve something, she achieves it. It may take a few years, but she's dogged in that pursuit of skill, and when she reaches it, it's high time for her to strut her stuff. The only thing she's not good at,
really, is sitting still. She hates lying around; she always needs to do something. And that can leave her short on words, too. Not that she will deny a conversation when it's there, but often times she's seeking what she wants from that conversation. She's learned the art, through being an odd jobber, of letting others think she's interested in their petty concerns so she can eventually work out a deal with them. Persuasion is a skill she's developed most especially.
[break][break]
The bright side of the coin is that Arimaiai is not someone to intimidate someone else. She either will hurt you, or she won't. There's no threats she doesn't back up immediately afterward. She's not about scaring someone into submission, unless she's ordered to by an organization she's pulling in gold from; rather, she likes to settle things diplomatically. Granted,
she'll give you the passive aggressive insult or scathing remark if she doesn't like you, but she's not about to fight needlessly. Or at least, not anymore. Let's just say she used to certainly be the type, but working with different clientele taught her it's bad for her image to be anything otherwise.
[break][break]
She's a hard worker by nature. And in Skyrim, she'd been dedicated to helping multiple people to get their jobs done. Sometimes it's for gold. Sometimes it's out of genuine kindness in her heart, because it is there, despite some of her jagged edges from living a rough childhood. And in Skyrim, she even became part of the Imperial Legion, doing tasks for them because hell, who wouldn't want to work with the group who wasn't engaging in petty racism against her (again) for being a Khajiit (again)? It's easy to see in everything Arimaiai does: she fits odd jobber to a tee, and there's not much better than her at fulfilling it.
[break][break]
Just be careful of her taking on more than she can chew at once, and thus your job taking a bit longer than you might like from a specialist of the craft.

THE DRAGONBORN
Remember what was said above about not particularly wanting to stand out? Perhaps fate always has different plans. First by making Arimaiai a Khajiit. Now, making her Dragonborn.
[break][break]
It's a discovery that comes about when she's first taken to Skyrim, which happened entirely by accident. She'd been traveling there in order to allow more business opportunities, not knowing of Skyrim's attitudes toward her race (not really caring, considering how it was everywhere else), and Stormcloaks managed to ambush her. After that, it'd only been a matter of time before she'd been swept into some kind of carriage, not knowing how she'd gotten there, and being taken to the guillotine to have her head cut off. For crimes she didn't commit, at that.
[break][break]
So her first experience with the Imperial Legion hadn't been the most positive one. They get better (later). It's certainly better than those gods-awful Stormcloaks, who think Nords should rule everything. Whoever decided to establish that was the biggest bone-head to ever grace Skyrim. And in her case, amends were easy.
[break][break]
They were especially easy when she had other things on her mind anyway.
[break][break]
It'd been hard to believe at first. She, Arimaiai? A Dragonborn? She hadn't even known what it'd meant at first, having been a newcomer to Skyrim and knowing nothing of the province. But as time went on and she'd been taught more and more, she found within it a kind of significance she hadn't known she'd been looking for. Dragons returning? Prophecies unfolding? Greybeards? It sounded like something straight out of a fairy tale. If she hadn't experienced it for herself, she wouldn't have believed it to be true. And yet, there's something exhilarating about a dragon's soul flowing deep within her veins,
activating the Thu'um deep within her soul. Dragon's blood blessed her sometime during her birth. Hard to believe it, but it makes her wonder to this day if that's why she's always been so different.
[break][break]
Honestly, a lot of the path ahead of her confused her, and still does. She'd followed the lines, listening to the stories,
but not much of it made sense, and with how hectic her journey became, it'd been hard to absorb much of the details. All she knew was that she had some kind of power, and the Greybeards, bless them, tried to guide her to using it for restoring peace and balance in Skyrim. Which she supposes is a noble enough thing to do. Is that what Ysmir would have wanted? It's what they called her when she resided within their temple. Those steps had been a pain in the ass to run up, especially when she'd just about been pounced three times up there.
[break][break]
She's not sure yet if any of it is all worth it. But she's not about to blindly refuse destiny. She just wants to see where it leads. To be fair, it's hard to deny that the power within thrills her. Being able to be written in history books? This is something her parents complacently wanted to avoid back in their dominion, and yet here she is, living out a life beyond her soul, beyond anyone's.
[break][break]
She'd been used to smaller tasks for her jobs, but when her blade tasted blood, both of dragons and of people, she found the thrill of the hunt to be one that she grew all too accustomed to. The first one had been the hardest. Watching someone's life drain from their body before her eyes and knowing she was responsible? It weighed upon her shoulders, and she needed time to compartmentalize it all. Sure, she'd had some sparring experience so she knew how to defend herself,
but it didn't go to this level. But it is something you get used to, it is a path that you learn how to do over time, and it's what happens when you learn to become a warrior.
[break][break]
And that's what Arimaiai is, a jack-of-all-trades warrior. She's gone to the mage school up in Winterhold, but ultimately she's one to fight with claws and blade. It's what feels natural.
[break][break]
And really, that's what being Dragonborn feels like, too. Natural. Talking like a dragon, talking to dragons, slaying dragons, it's all part of a script etched into her skin and she's following it to a tee without question. And maybe that's because she's never been good at questioning things that already excited her.

ARIMAIAI
Arimaiai is a Khajiit. Arimaiai is an odd jobber. Arimaiai is a Dragonborn.
[break][break]
But ultimately, Arimaiai is still Arimaiai.
[break][break]
She's sharp-tongued, impulsive, and thrill-seeking. At the same time, she's witty, kind-hearted, and adventurous. She can get a bit too in over her head, too ambitious, but adventure has also tempered her. She's learned, and she's learned what her skill sets are and she's seen death and she's faced the world around her. And she's ready to continue.
[break][break]
The best word to sum up Arimaiai is a fighter. Never a victim, but someone who fights to survive but also fights to find life's true meaning.
