well, hello there! i see you've landed on my introduction thread. might as well get to the point of it, yeah?

i'm quest, though you may call me catherine instead if you'd like. you may have seen me around on the board before - after all, i am one of kindra's moderators and one of its founders! let it be made clear that i'm not some stiff hidden behind a veil of anonymity; i'm just as much an average rper and fandom-goer as all of you, hence this thread! this is to help bridge the gap between me and those of you who don't know me well, so that you feel more comfortable around me! to be truthful, i'm bad at introductions, and i'm bad at thinking of what to say for said introductions, but i'll do my best to cover any bases you might want to know about me.

first, the name. where did quest even come from? this is actually an inside joke; i went to another site run by these same staff and i called myself "guest" at first within the chat because i wasn't sure whether or not i wanted to join (i already was a member of a mfrp, which i'm still in at the moment, and i wasn't as familiar with kingdom hearts, which was the fandom that the site centered around). i lingered around within the cbox, and our ari, yes the very ari on this site, typoed my "name" as quest. and the rest, they say, is history! that's also why i generally spell it with lower caps, because then you can see the joke with the exchange of q and g.

next, some general information about me that you'd like to know. the stuff that goes on surveys, typically. i'm 22 years old, about to be 23 in a week, and i'm a girl who's settlin' it out within USA's california. i'm in way too many fandoms to list. i love cats and i spend a lot of my time reading, writing, and playing video games. i also go to college! i'd like to be a video game script writer some day, though, barring that, i'd be fine with being an author and a web designer. if you wanna know my discord, you can join the discord chat for kindra, and otherwise i'm also antisoraform on twitch and anti-sora on tumblr! for skype and otherwise, just contact me in private and i'll be sure to give it to you.

now, what do i do/have i done around the site? i don't really get delegated particular things to do here; i just do whatever i'm needed for, whether it's accepting characters or managing boards otherwise. but if you would like to know something in particular that i've contributed that you haven't already seen for yourself, i'm the one who came up with the concept behind stomend. i've got a few other concepts in the backlog, but of course you're going to have to hang around if you want to see those!
