Nobuchika Ginoza was born to the parents of Sae Ginoza and Tomomi Masatoka. While his father had been a detective he had truly looked up to his father. He had been born in the year of 2084 on November 21st. He had been just living his life the best that he could. For a while that he was growing up, he had both parents in his life until the age of nine when his father was committed to the hospital for his deteriorating Psycho-pass. This came to be his dislike for the latent criminals. Nobuchika had really thrown himself in the studies and never really spending time with the other people. Then he had befriended Shinya Kogami this was back in high school when his classmates had bullied him and Shinya had rescued him from those classmates. Nobuchika had told Shinya of his dreams of becoming an inspector and Shinya followed the same suit. They had fun playing together during their times of being in high school.

In March of 2100 he had graduated from secondary school. Then he went to wanted to reconnect with his father, Tomomi Masatoka. Nobuchika had went to the higher education and studied the law. He had graduated from this higher education in March of 2104. Nobuchika had thrown himself in the work of being an Inspector along with his best friend Shinya Kogami. He just fought against the criminals along only calling the enforcers, Hunting dogs. This was when he had met his father once again. Nobuchika had to choke down his love for his father and see him as cold as possible. Then something happened and his best friend also became an Enforcer this had made his feelings torn in two.

He had waited for the new Inspector to come by the name of Akane Tsunemori. He had taught her that Hunting dogs are the enforcers. He had truly believed to catch a criminal was with another criminal. Nobuchika had been living throughout his life, not caring about the enforcers not at all. He became worried about her Psycho-pass without caring about his. He had been throughout every case with her. Shogo Makishima had shown up during the cases and Shogo was the only one that they couldn't judged. His psycho-pass was becoming more and more clouded since he refused to get treatment for it. A long time that he had been neglecting his own treatment for the psycho-pass to become clear he had one foot closer to becoming a latent criminal, but his job and Akane came first before his own psycho-pass. It was getting more and more clouded by his father's death to save him had finally pushed him over the edge to become a latent criminal and he lost an arm.

Nobuchika had came back to the office as an Enforcer not as its Inspector as he was before. He had wanted to serve Akane throughout her career catching the bad guys no matter what the cost her psycho-pass is always clear. Then one day there was a person who didn't shown up on the dominator.
Personality

As an inspector Nobuchika has a bitterness against his father, but also wants his father's approval as well more than anything. When his father and his best friend had become Enforcers he had saw that as his personal betrayal to him. He had kept his distance from the enforcers. He had even warned Akane not to get close to them at all. Nobuchika has complex emotions and was jealous over his father having faith in Kogami. He had felt inferior to Shinya Kogami and he became emotional exhausted when he has his hue become cloudy. He had even deep anxiety about over things.

He had refused to seek counsel about his hue and treatment for it. Nobuchika begin to stumble in performance in his job. The more that he had been exhausted emotionally to keep his hue, clear was nerve-wrecking for him. When his father had saved him from being killed, he had looked at Shinya with helplessness, shocked and distressed that was the final straw that he had to his emotional upheaval and he became a latent criminal thanks to that death of his father he had loved his father so much that all he had wanted is wanting his own father's approval in him. He was in despair when his father's died before his eyes.

He had a personality change when he came back as the enforcer. He became protective and compassionate towards the people he had cared about. Nobuchika even cared about Akane and wanted to see her happy and protected. He would make sure that he is a person that Akane can count on no matter what the cost. He is mostly had been smiling when he thinks Akane can't see it, but only on rare occasions does he do smile.

He does have an ability to use the dominator, but he would only use it when the Inspector Tsunemori permits it. He mostly won't used it until then. He does do gardening and collecting coins something that he had inherited from his grandfather. He has a dog license to be a dog therapist and mostly he sleeps six hours a day.
